The deal

Seeker Heli is a free, offline single-player game. You may install and play it on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. There is nothing to buy, no subscription, no virtual currency, and no real-money element of any kind.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and copyright holders are not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the software or its use.

Open-source components

Seeker Heli is a derivative of an MIT-licensed game. The full licence and attribution are on the Licence page. Your rights in the underlying software come from that MIT licence, and nothing on this page limits them.

Sideloading

If you install the APK from this site rather than from a store, you are responsible for enabling installation from unknown sources on your own device. Verify that you downloaded it from a URL you trust.
